Crude oil, or petroleum, is a substance composed of hydrocarbons - chains of hydrogen and carbon atoms - that provide energy and can be transformed into a variety of petrochemical products. Much of the world's petroleum began as organic material from ancient seas, wetlands, and forests, which was buried under sediments faster than it could decompose. At depths between 7,650 and 15,000 feet, heat and pressure slowly transformed it into petroleum.

Oil then accumulated in porous sandstone or limestone with an impermeable cap, such as shale or salt, which prevents it from escaping. The oil that does escape is often transformed into tar by bacteria and groundwater.

Oil is a finite resource. A considerable amount has already been consumed, and no one knows for sure how much remains. The consensus is that there are about 500 billion barrels of oil that are difficult to find and have not yet been discovered - perhaps half of this amount is under the oceans. Our company mainly focuses on 12-month contracts; however, we also have "spot deals" and other quick business from time to time.

To initiate a new business relationship, the buyer needs to review our procedures and provide the information required by our Seller/Holder. Subsequently, this Buyer may be considered qualified. The buyer should be prepared to work according to the Seller's business procedures if they expect a successful transaction. Our activity is conducted only according to the Seller's Procedures, and these are non-negotiable.

Based on the information provided by the Seller in the "Request a Quote" section, the team at Seara Export Oil will determine the best solution for your specific needs and will contact you personally. If we do not have a suitable seller to meet the buyer's needs, we will be happy to refer them to one of our partners.

Reminder: Seara Export Oil requires direct contact with the key decision-makers of the Final Buyers/Resellers, who will be specifically selected to one of our Title Holders or Assignees. All Brokers will be honored and protected.

This is only possible through matching legitimate and financially healthy final buyers directly with title-holding refineries that are capable of supplying the desired merchandise to our buyers. We represent and are paid by our sellers.
